Reach High, feel good.
A competition, an exam, a high-stakes presentation. An intense stretch where you have to decide or managing your stress and still sound like yourself. All of it can be prepared — and learnt.
How do you manage stress and call on your resources at the right moment — and protect them when it lasts?
These are not gifts. They are tools & techniques: they can be learnt, practised, and made available on the day you need them.
The approach
Unlock your own resources.
Attention, confidence, motivation, stress regulation: mental preparation and techniques allow to unlock your resources adapting to the situation. No one expects to run a marathon without a training plan.
What it is
- Specific techniques: operational, adaptable and adjusted to the individual
- Training and routines, in the same sense as physical preparation
- Work aimed at action
What it isn’t
- Positive thinking
- Therapy: neither care nor working on factors creating psychological stress
- Reserved for Olympic athletes
Who it’s for
Three bearings, one method.
The context changes; the mechanics do not. Identify your context: goals and threat, select techniques unlocking your potential then train yourself to reach it under pressure.
Exams & competitive entry
Preparatory classes, written papers, orals. Managing stress and workload, going the distance, delivering on the day.
Athletes
The competition, the return from injury, keeping motivation alive across a whole season.
Executives & leaders
Speaking with something at stake, deciding under pressure, mental load, career transitions.

About me
I know both grounds where pressure to perform exists.
The body and the decision. Twenty-five years in business on one simple question — how to help people stay well and perform in demanding environments — and twenty years on start lines. I have known races that went well, and others where the head gave in before the legs.
My work is demanding on method and attentive to the person. I listen first, without judgement; then we build the frame and adjust the techniques, in your words and around your deadlines. What is said in a session stays in the session.
